Adam Spence
Senior Advisor
Over 15 years’ experience in live entertainment, spanning senior commercial, operational and financial roles. Adam has worked with Field Day, Camp Bestival, Creamfields, Alexandra Palace and SW4. Adam was Finance Director of Impresario Festivals and he has overseen investments and asset sales in festivals and venues businesses exceeding a total value of £50m, holding board seats with several industry operators.
Harry Heartfield
Senior Advisor
Over 15 years’ experience in the live sector, with significant experience in festival mergers and acquisitions. Previously Harry was Head of Investments and Acquisitions for Impresario Festivals until the sale of the business to media group Global for more than £28m. Harry also held the position of Head of M&A and Strategic Advisor to Superstruct Entertainment and he has overseen festival deals totalling over £150m across the UK and Europe.
Lisa Boden Shah
Senior Advisor
Lisa has sourced, executed and managed investments into live entertainment businesses since 2014. She has worked with several brands in the UK and overseas including Gala, Sziget, Elrow and Snowboxx. Lisa sits on the board of a number of businesses operating in the sector.
Paul Bedford
Senior Advisor
Over 40 years’ experience in live entertainment, including as CFO of Cream Group (Creamfields Festival), 19 Entertainment and Impresario Festivals (Boardmasters, Rewind Festival, SW4 Weekender and Field Day). Paul has held a host of board appointments including with Snowboxx, Gala and Love Supreme.
